More so, if we identify any issues (and depending on the agreement we have in place) we’ll even fix them for you. Any managed service product you resell, we will fully manage, monitor and maintain all of the systems we implement.

By becoming a JC Cyber Security Reseller Partner, all you need to do is place an order with us (which will be agreed through an Order Form) and we’ll take care of the rest.

3. SIGN AGREEMENT

After the meeting, if you’re happy to proceed, we will send the agreement over to you for you to read and sign.

4. RECEIVE MARKETING COLLATERAL

We will arm you with anything you need to sell our services to your current and/or future clients.



5. PLACE YOUR FIRST ORDER

Once you have your first order, raise this with us and we’ll get everything set up.

6. AND YOU’RE OFFICIALLY A RESELLER PARTNER!

Once you have placed your order, we will take care of the rest. We will get all of the systems set up, we will manage, monitor and maintain it all while you get on with your day-to-day schedule!

  • Can I just purchase a solution from you and manage it myself?

    Yes, absolutely! If you wish to just purchase a solution from us and provide management around it yourself, we can provide you access to the management systems. However, for peace of mind, we would still recommend using us as a support escalation piece just in case you cant solve an issue that may arise.

  • Do you have trial periods?

    Yes! With most of our solutions, we are able to offer the first 7 days, or even in some cases the first 30 days, free of charge so you can ensure the systems are the right fit for you.
